Great budget friendly option
The compressor works and fit my vehicle as described, but the installation took a bit more effort than expected. It cools the AC well once installed, though the overall build quality feels average. Not a bad option for the price, but I wish it came with clearer instructions and slightly better finishing.

All-around solid AC compressor
This is a quality AC compressor that has fit nicely into a Chevy Avalanche. The product has a nice finish, pretty robust packaging, and overall has some heft - it does not feel cheap or lightweight. No problems were encountered during installation either. As for the cost, it seems to be above other options, but it's not clear how much of this translates into product quality (seems good to me, at least). A true test of performance is during significant heat, and while that opportunity hasn't presented itself yet, the unit definitely produces cold air. The product description mentions a full warranty - if such a thing is honored, then this is definitely worth considering.
